New Adventure

I have been embarking on a new adventure. Finding employment after 13 yrs. First I did my resume. I stated that I owned my own ebay business and wrote ads for it. I checked ads in the paper. I also looked up ads on the internet and applied there . On a whim I emailed a resume to my sister. She gave it to her step daughter who is employed with a temp agency. What do you know. Because of my ad writing experience after exactly one week I have a job. I am screening via phone, mechanics and truck drivers to send on to recuiters. It really is not hard but I was so nervous because people were standing over me on either side while I was learning the script. Also they gave me a jumble of paperwork to go through. After I got home I went to Walmart and organized everything in a folder. I went over it again and again. I did much better today. I am starting to gain my confidence. I am hoping I can get some things done around the house. (New floors at the top of the list). Wish me luck.
